San Diego Event Florist Crafting Custom Floral Arrangements for Corporate Events & Hospitality Spaces

The floral partner San Diego’s DMCs trust when every detail matters.

If you've planned a corporate event in San Diego, you already know the math: one bad vendor and the whole night can go south. We've spent forty years making sure we're your one vendor you don't have to worry about.

Who we partner with

( 1 )

DMCs and corporate planners

We’re a preferred floral partner for several of San Diego’s top destination management companies and on the vendor list at 15 of the city's most recognizable event venues. We know how to work under your brand, on your timeline, with your linens, your rentals, and your load-in window.

( 2 )

Hotels and Resorts

We’re the in-house florist for some of San Diego’s luxury hotel properties, managing their holiday installations, the Mother’s Day Brunch wraps, and the stem bars at on-property events. We’re available for similar long-term partnerships with hotels, restaurants, and corporate offices.

Corporate Event Teams

Whether it’s a 200-person product launch, a holiday party for a small law firm, or a quarterly event series for an internal team, we scale to fit with the same care, same team, and same standard at every size.

What it’s like to have us on your vendor team

Since 1986, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible planners, venues, caterers, rental teams, and hospitality professionals. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative partner that helps keep events flowing smoothly while supporting the full vendor team every step of the way.

Our team operates on one rule: every vendor fails if one vendor fails.

If the linen team is behind, our designers are cutting shrink wrap. If the chair company needs a second set of hands, we’re there.

That’s how we’ve kept the same hotel and DMC contracts for decades. The design is a given… it’s the way we show up around it that’s the reason we get called back.

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT

HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT

What sets us apart

  • Discretion when it matters. We work black-on-black, no logos, no Instagram, all credit goes to the planner.

  • On time, every time. If we said 2 pm load-in, we’re rolling in at 1:45 pm with everything ready to go.

  • No subcontracted designers. Every flower on your installation is handled by our team from the cooler to the venue.

  • A team you don’t have to manage. Our designers, drivers, and install crew are all in-house and trained to our standards.

  • Forty years of relationships. Patrick has been on the NACE board for over three decades and teaches hospitality at three local colleges translates to: we know how this industry runs because we helped train it.
